*Please note that all invoices for Winter Meeting Sponsorships are non-refundable. Once payment is made, it is considered final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Hyatt Regency rooms can be booked under our group room block here.
*Hotel Cancellations made after February 20 may result in charges due to room block commitments. Guests who cancel after this date may remain financially responsible to 7x24 Carolinas for their reservation.
30+ Days Before the Event If you cancel 30 or more days prior to the event, you may choose one of the following options:
Within 30 Days of the Event Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are not eligible for refunds or credits due to commitments made to the venue. However, your registration may be transferred to another person within your organization.
Refund Policy:
30+ days prior to the event you have the option to receive a full credit to your account which can be used towards future events or membership renewal OR receive a refund for 90% of your registration fee. Refunds will be issued by check back to your company. No checks will be issued to individuals.
Within 30 days of the event, no refunds will be issued for any reason. Your registration fee can be directed towards another person; however, no refunds or credits will be issued due to commitments made to the venue.
